Pitch A Show

We’re both authors so we know how it is trying to get publicity for your book. It breaks our hearts that we’re not able to interview everyone who wants to be on the show (2,500 books a day are release and we just can’t fit everyone in!).  That doesn’t mean you don’t have a chance though. It can’t hurt to send us a pitch.

If you would like to be a guest on this show (or any other show), please send us a well thought out, professional pitch.  In saying that please remember that we  work with a team to develop content – just because you know one of us doesn’t guarantee you an interview. Also, if you’re rude or abrupt there’s no point in sending us anything.  We don’t want to deal with diva’s and our listeners don’t want to hear from any.

We need the following information from you:

The release date of your book.  If your book has been out for awhile the chances of a spot are low so please try to pitch to us 6 month in advance of your release date.  We might look at a book with a shorter window but that will be determined on a case by case basis.

Please let us know why you think your book would be a good fit for the show.  Please listen to several episodes to make this determination.

Let us know what your book is about in a brief synopsis.  Make sure you specify genre.

Also, let us know who your publisher is, their contact information, and if you’re working with a publicist and their contact information.

Once you have all the information together please click on the contact us page and send us your pitch.
